When you live to be 85 years old, you undoubtedly develop a good sense of humor – especially when you’re dealing with health issues like the blackhead this woman has developed on her upper back.
But when her daughter urged her to go see Dr. Sandra Lee, aka “Dr. Pimple Popper,” the 85-year-old gave in. It was time to get the gargantuan black head taken off of her for good. And there was no one better for the job than the infamous Dr. Pimple Popper.
When Dr. Pimple Popper takes a look at the blackhead on the woman’s upper shoulder blade, she says it seems to have been growing for years. But she’s more than willing to extract what’s clogging the elderly woman’s dilated pore. She doesn’t even blink an eye before starting to remove the mole for the elderly woman. Popping pimples, removing moles, and squeezing bumps and boils is all in a day’s work for Dr. Sandra Lee, also known as Dr. Pimple Popper.
After injecting some local anesthetic, Dr. Pimple Popper gets to work at the 1:30-mark in the video.
“It’s like a little plug in a faucet,” Dr. Pimple Popper says.
She grabs a pair of tweezers and starts to grab the blackhead in order to yank it from the woman’s shoulder. She does not shudder once and remains extremely professional despite the nature of this large blackhead.

She then offers to show the 85-year-old woman what was stuck in her upper back, but the elderly woman staunchly refuses to see it.
“We plan to see her again in the near future, and if she doesn’t like the appearance, or if it tends to fill again, we can excise the enlarged pore, and place a couple stitches, so that she replaces the “hole “with a fine line scar,” Dr. Pimple Popper writes in the video description.
